So, I guess my question becomes, where/how do I put this formula in the alignment label, (surface elevation plus 0.5')? Edit: I set up the expression under surface styles, (not point style), but still am not sure how to add it to the alignment label. I'll keep looking. Edit 2: alignment style expressions don't give the option for an elevation formula. Edit 3: I'm feeling really stupid now. I went back into the alignment label, to look around the text entry for the surface elevation that was already there, to see if I was missing some way to look for the expression, and not only was the espression I just made in the drop down for what kind of entry to add, it was on the top, so already selected and ready to go. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
